Workshop Agile soft skills
Organizations must become increasingly agile to respond more quickly to changes in the market. This also applies to their organizational units and teams. Teams more often work in a multidisciplinary manner and are increasingly self-managing. Managers increasinlgy fulfill the role of facilitator and enabler. This new way of working requires a different mindset and different skills of employees than before. The adoptation often turns out to be more difficult than in theory.

In this energetic workshop we will take you out of your comfort zone. You will make mistakes, lose control and look for the best way of working together. This way you will discover where your primary preference lies and that of your colleagues. For this we use interactive work forms which are often used within improvisation theater. This workshop not only guarantees a lot of fun, but also provides you with more insight into yourself and your team members.
